Spokesman of the People’s Assembly Ahmed Fathi Sorour yesterday described Egyptian-Chinese Relations as very firm.

The statement came during a meeting between the PA Spokesman and the deputy chairman of the National Affairs Committee of the Chinese National Assembly.

Parliamentary delegations from both countries must exchange visits in order to strengthen bilateral relations, Sorour said.

For his part, the visiting Chinese official expressed his country’s appreciation of Egyp’s Middle East role.
