Chinese Ambassador Wu Sike Talks With Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Youssef Wally

CAIRO, Sept 30, 2003 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese Embassy in Cairo held a reception Tuesday evening to mark the 54th anniversary of the founding of the Peoples Republic of China.

Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Youssef Wally, Education Minister Hussein Kamel Bahaeddin and Minister of State for Environmental Affairs Nadia Riyad Makram Ebeid were among those attending the reception.

The Peoples Republic of China was founded on October 1, 1949.
