On the noon of Nov. 26th local time, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council and leaders of 16 CEE countries jointly visited an exhibition of China's railway, other infrastructure and equipment manufacturing at the Romanian Parliament Palace.

When Li Keqiang and leaders of CEE countries jointly stepped into the exhibition hall, they were attracted by a video clip playing at the entrance. In the clip, road networks are extending in all directions, trains are flashing by, and people are showing bright smiles. It vividly tells the story of China's railway development from a pursuer to a leader since China's reform and opening-up, which has not only boosted the economic development, but also greatly improved people's lives. Li Keqiang invited the leaders to watch the video clip together.

There was a 21-meter-long model of Chinese "Harmony" high-speed train in the center of the exhibition hall. Leaders of CEE countries gathered around to watch the model and asked about the speed and performance of the train. The staff introduced that China's high-speed rail not only has a strong power and a large capacity, but also has low running noise, conserves energy and protects environment. Li Keqiang said to the leaders of the CEE countries that China has mature high-speed rail technology and equipment, rich construction experiences, and marked competitive advantages, which can absolutely adapt to conditions of various countries and satisfy the market demand.

Then, Li Keqiang and the leaders also watched the abundant photos and detailed data on display, and had a thorough understanding of the transformation of China's existing railways, as well as the development of roads, electric power, other infrastructure, technology and equipment. In front of a world map showing China's roads, technology and equipment going global, Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta and other leaders of CEE countries happily pointed out the location of their own country, and said to Li Keqiang that both sides have already started cooperation in the field of infrastructure.

Li Keqiang said that infrastructure and equipment manufacturing is an important pivot of China-CEE mutual benefits and win-win results. Governments of China and CEE countries all are responsible for creating a good environment to guide enterprises to strengthen cooperation of complementary advantages, and to better use the pivot to leverage and release the huge potential of bilateral cooperation, making the whole of China-CEEC cooperation produce greater results than the sum of individual work by China and CEE countries.
